A commitment to animal protection

Terriers Sans Frontières is a small association that relies on the commitment of a handful of volunteers.

Since it was founded in 2015, nearly 100 terriers have been rescued and are now living happily in their adoptive families.

How can you help?

There are still too many abandoned pets, both in France
and abroad. or abroad, we constantly need help to repatriate dogs,
care for them, look after them
until they find their forever families...

There are many ways in which you can help us, and any support you can give will be invaluable to the association.

Our financial needs

The association has to meet a number of costs for each rescue:

  • Boarding costs if the dog is abroad (until we can bring it back to France);
  • Transport costs to bring the dog back to the association's head office or to a foster family;
  • And, of course, veterinary care when the dog arrives in France (medical check-up, any necessary treatment, neutering and sterilisation).

The rescue of a single dog costs between €500 and €1,200.

Private donations are our only source of income and are essential if the association is to continue to work for the defence of animals.

We have set up a secure system that will allow you to donate on an occasional or regular basis, according to your means.

Host family

Most of our dogs are hosted by the president of the association, which limits the number of dogs we can foster at any one time.

We are therefore looking for families who would be willing to take in a TSF dog on a voluntary basis. While waiting for the dog to be adopted into a loving home, the association will cover all the costs.

Being a host family is a responsible act, so the association will organise a preliminary interview and a visit to ensure that all the conditions are met for you to be able to foster a TSF.

If you ideally live in the Grand Est region, please contact us using the contact form.

Donations in kind

If you would like to donate items or food, please contact us to find out what we need at the moment.

A packet of kibble, treats, toys, a blanket... all these products can be useful to us to ensure the daily life and comfort of the dogs! Don't hesitate to contact us to know more about our needs at the moment.

Are you creative? We're also looking for small items (keyrings, creative cards, etc.) to add to the auctions we hold regularly to raise funds.

Volunteers

The association works with a small number of volunteers. If you have a little spare time and would like to get involved with us, you can become a volunteer for the association.
Take part in a show, drop off a collection box at your vet's...
Don't hesitate to contact the president of the association to discuss our needs with her.
